Return & Exchange Policy

At Artsy Em’s Designs, we want you to love your purchase. Every product is carefully crafted and packed with care, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned.

Returns & Exchanges

• Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, personalized items, and sale/clearance products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Condition: Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage (outside of shipping issues) cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or sent in error.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.

Wholesale Orders

For wholesale partners, all sales are final unless items arrive damaged or defective. Please report issues within 7 business days of receiving your order.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at artsyemsdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide further instructions within 1–2 business days.
